Hutchison Flooring can supply and fit new floors laid in all types of hardwood, strip, engineered or block form.

We can undertake maintenance in any situation which has hardwood flooring including, sanding and oiling, buffing and sealing, most types of repair and all types of domestic work (parquet, mosaic, blocks, herringbone, etc).

We can provide quotations, site visits and technical advice free of charge with no obligations.

Environmental Policy Statement

V.A. Hutchison Flooring Ltd is one of the country’s largest hardwood flooring supply and fit companies operating from just one Industrial office we are able to monitor the product very carefully.

Through the employment of as responsible and proactive attitude to environmental issues Hutchison Flooring is committed to minimising the harmful effects on the environment. We make it our policy to put the environment first before our own interests.

We aim to meet the legal requirements relating to environmental issues. Where our company has control or influence, with regard to the product required, we use timber products from sustainable sources.

We have developed processes to reduce the waste of timber products and where possible our timber is recycled. We endeavour to continually improve our processes by weekly reassessing our environmental performance.

We work with our suppliers to improve environmental performance. Where appropriate we consult our local council for new initiatives and policies. It is the responsiblity of all staff and operatives at V.A. Hutchison flooring to support and apply all aspects of environmental policy and procedure. Appropriate support and training will be given to ensure environmental commitment.

Quality

Before going into production the green board are left for a period of time outside, protected from negative weather influences, yet profiting from the outside air passing through the spaciously stacked bundles. Before going into the kilns this natural way of drying is done to create an even more stable end product.

At different stages of production the flooring products are sorted and inspected to make sure that each grade meets its requirements. Before finished products are dispatched, each production is thoroughly inspected.

These engineered flooring products are produced by a “State of Art” production process, ensuring excellent quality control.

It is a principal objective of ours to meet customers’ requirements. For that reason the manufactured products are of consistent high quality which customers can use with confidence. Because of this commitment we are able to adapt to its customers’ with innovative new products.
